Carmen has been with the Institute for seven years, she has worked in several different positions
over her tenure at the Texas Long Term Care Institute. Her interest in Elders and her continuing
educational pursuits, a PhD in Education with an emphasis on lifelong learning, add to the diversity
of staff at the Institute.
